A 15-year First!!! June 26, 2007

I stepped on the scales today at the gym and weighed-in at 258 lbs.  I haven’t broke 260 since 1992!  (I was 16) Here’s my weights over the last fifteen years (approximately).

Just one year ago, I was at 275 lbs.  That’s a total of 17 lbs. since I started running.  The goal…an ‘athletic’ 205 lbs. (that way, I can still do tri’s in the 200 lb. + Clydesdale division).  Slow and steady though…  My theory is that I will only lose it by doing things that I can maintain and sustain from now on.
